If this doesn’t fix the issue, you may need to update your Fire TV Stick’s firmware or factory reset.
Check your internet connection
Make sure that your router is switched on and your Wi-Fi network is working properly.
Restart your Router
You should restart your router. Once you have done that, check to see if your Fire TV Stick has internet access by going to Settings > Network and verify network status by pressing the Play button on your remote.
If the test is successful, then the issue is most likely with the Amazon servers and you will need to wait for the issue to be fixed on their end.
Force restart your Fire TV Stick
If restarting your router doesn’t work, force restart your Fire TV Stick by unplugging it from the power socket for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
Once it has restarted, try to connect to Amazon again.
Update your Fire TV Stick’s firmware
If the issue persists, you may need to update your Fire TV Stick’s firmware. You can do this by going to Setting > My Fire TV > Install Update.

Factory reset your Fire TV Stick
